Photos, descriptions, and capacities are shown below for our sophisticated private dining rooms, the entire restaurant, and the elegant Atrium, located next door at TradeCenter 128.
Although the main dining room does not open until 11 AM, Beacon Grille can accommodate private event, such as business meetings and funeral collations, as early as 9 AM. Please note that, while reasonable food and beverage minimums apply, there is no additional fee to use any of our function rooms or other locations.

Beacon Grille's smallest private dining room, the Baldwin Room features a beautiful, solid granite-top table. Seating 8 to 11 people, it is perfect for intimate gatherings or round-table business dinners or luncheons.

Ideal for medium-sized groups (up to 40 for a
seated meal), the Alcove allows the flexibility of conference-style
seating or smaller individual tables.

One of our larger rooms, the East Room seats a maximum of 50 to 60 guests. It features a candlelit fireplace and large-screen television, as well as direct access from the exterior via its own private entrance. |

Room features a candlelit fireplace, contemporary
chandeliers, and a large-screen television. Because
of the high demand for a la carte use, the Rumford
Room is generally not available for private use on
Friday or Saturday evenings.

The adjoining rooms Rumford and East Rooms work very well together for larger events, especially when guests require a separate area for a cocktail reception, head table, musicians, or dancing.

Combined, these three adjoining function rooms can accommodate a maximum of 130 to 150 guests for seated dining or up to 180 for a cocktail reception.

Located next door to Beacon Grille at 300 TradeCenter 128, the spacious Atrium offers flexibility for a wide range of table arrangements for large banquets, receptions, networking events, political functions, and more. Its wide-open floor plan can seat up to 250 guests for a seated dinner, and up to 350 for an hors d’oeuvre reception. With a three-story glass façade offering broad views across teaming Interstate 95, the Atrium is a truly stunning venue. Additionally, it offers the special attraction of a built-in sound system and elevated platform for speeches and announcements.

Combined, the function rooms and main dining room can seat up to 330 guests. The entire restaurant is available any weekday before 11:00 AM, all day on Sundays, and until 6:00 PM on Saturdays. |

Our pondside location offers an intimate, natural
setting for wedding ceremonies and photos. With an
attractive arbor and seating for 35 to 40 people,
it is an ideal spot for outdoor celebrations. When
the ceremony has concluded, guests are only steps
away from an elegant reception and gourmet meal at
Beacon Grille. As with all of our function venues,
there is no fee for use of the pondside location.
