Function Rooms
Private seated dinner service from 10 to 240 guests.

Our delightful private dining rooms will seat from 10 to 240 guests for lunch or dinner, or up to 200 guests for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Although the main dining room does not open until 11:00 AM, private receptions, collations, etc., can be accommodated as early as 9:00 AM. The entire restaurant may be reserved for morning use, or all day Sunday only, for up to 340 seated guests. It may also be available on Saturday, but only until 6:00 PM. For other large functions, our gorgeous three-story Atrium is available all evenings, except Sundays.

8 to 11 seated. The Baldwin Room is Beacon Grille's smallest private dining room. Its beautiful, solid granite-top table is ideal for 8 to 10 guests, but will accommodate as many as 11 in relative comfort. It is ideal for small, intimate gatherings, or round-table business dinners or luncheons.

Ideal for medium-sized groups from 10 to 34 for a seated meal. Allows the flexibility of conference-style seating layout or smaller individual tables.

One of our larger rooms includes a direct entry/exit from the exterior.

Our pondside location offers an intimate, natural setting for wedding ceremonies or photos. With an attractive arbor and seating for up to 60 people, it is an ideal spot for outdoor celebrations. When the ceremony has concluded, guests are only steps away from an elegant reception and gourmet meal at Beacon Grille. As with all of our function venues, there is no fee for use of the pondside location.

Our larger Rumford Room features a built-in candlelit fireplace, contemporary chandeliers and a giant built in TV. Like the East Room, it seats up to 60 at three tables of 20 each, but when combined with the Alcove, seats up to 100, and with the East Room to seat up to 150 guests. Rumford also works particularly well when paired with the East Room for cocktails, followed by a seated dinner in the Rumford Room.

The Rumford and East Rooms work very well together for larger events, especially where a separate cocktail reception is desired. See seating Options 28, 30, 32, 33, 34 and 40 for suggested seating arrangements with a separate reception area with a private entrance from the parking area if desired. This reception area also provides for a separate, head table area with plenty of room for musicians or DJ. See Option 40 for banquet seating of up to 96 guests without a breakout room.

These three private rooms combined nicely seat up to 146 guests. See options 34, and then 38 to 60, except Option 40, for plans. On Friday and Saturday nights, the Rumford Room and the Alcove are needed for ala carte seating. Larger groups are accommodated on those nights within the stunning three-story high Atrium, which is directly next door at 300 TradeCenter 128 which seats up to 240 guests, and handles accommodations for groups of up to 350 for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

This three-story high Atrium is a truly stunning venue with broad views across teaming Interstate 95. This room offers the special attraction of an elevated speaker's or performer's platform, plus a wide range of table arrangements for banquets, cocktail receptions, political events, etc. See Options 72, 74 and 76 for banquet seating with bars showing suggested layouts for 88 up to 240 for seated meals.

We welcome family and business functions any Monday through Saturday, with arrangements described more fully below. Much larger function, exhibit, and display spaces are readily available in a number of other areas throughout the massive TradeCenter 128 complex including the large three-story atrium which seats 200 for dinner and up to 300 for wine and hors d'oeuvres.

In addition, Beacon Grille works very closely with TradeCenter 128 Executive Suites to provide long or short-term office space in any needed size or configuration, as well as the latest in video conferencing and worldwide interconnective services. Full meal service is available within the Executive Suites' 30,000 SF facility directly above Beacon Grille.

Automobile access to Beacon Grille is especially easy, and free parking is abundant. The area is also directly serviced by MBTA Bus #134 from Wellington Circle via Medford Square, Winchester and Woburn Centers. At Beacon Grille, there are no extra rental charges for Function Rooms.
