Beacon Grille must provide every guest fine value, excellent service and a unique culinary experience. To accomplish this, our staff must be the very best in every area of the facility.

Beacon is currently hiring experienced fine dining servers and other polished individuals who are truly motivated to do their work well. A positive attitude and genuine appreciation for all patrons are required. In return, our staff will enjoy a gratifying work experience and a unique Monday through Saturday schedule.

At mid-day, many of our customers will come from the surrounding office complex and from Middlesex County Superior Court to enjoy a great meal in the limited time they have available. In the evening, however, a large percentage of our guests will come to unwind and savor a relaxed dinner in a welcoming atmosphere. In either instance, we appreciate that they had many choices, but selected our restaurant, and we will warmly thank them with our attentive service.

Beacon Grille prohibits employee tobacco use at all times, both inside and outside the premises as well as on the adjacent TradeCenter 128 grounds. There is a zero tolerance policy for illegal drug use and alcohol abuse. Pre-employment physical exams are required, including drug testing, for all new employees.
