Sean Sullivan
In July 2010, Sean Sullivan of Medford was selected to be general manager of Beacon Grille, the largest, independent new restaurant ever to open in greater Boston. With 350 seats directly overlooking Route 128/I-95, Beacon Grille is also one of the best-located, new fine dining destinations in the area.

Sullivan most recently spent four years as a general manager with Legal Sea Foods.
 

David Fitzgerald
David Fitzgerald joined the Beacon Grille team in September 2010. After beginning his career on the opposite coast, marriage brought him east, where he has delighted diners in Vermont, South Carolina and, now, Massachusetts. Fitzgerald comes to Beacon Grille, most recently, from Ecco in East Boston where he served as the opening chef.

Always seeking a higher level of culinary knowledge, Fitzgerald has worked with German Master Chef Norbert Schultz and the renowned Chef Todd English. Known for continually re-inventing his cuisine, his varied culinary experience includes American, Australian, Greek, Asian, Latin, and Italian fare.
