Fitzgerald
David Fitzgerald joined the Beacon Grille team
in September 2010. After beginning his career
on the opposite coast, marriage brought him east,
where he has delighted diners in Vermont, South
Carolina and, now, Massachusetts. Fitzgerald comes
to Beacon Grille, most recently, from Ecco in
East Boston where he served as the opening chef.
Always
seeking a higher level of culinary knowledge,
Fitzgerald has worked with German Master Chef
Norbert Schultz and the renowned Chef Todd English.
Known for continually re-inventing his cuisine,
his varied culinary experience includes American,
Australian, Greek, Asian, Latin, and Italian fare.
